Not Exactly the Right Man
Italy is failing again; as reported by the Financial Times the Italian Treasury Minister Giulio Tremonti turned to China for help in the debt crisis. The same man who in 2005 disliked China’s exports and obstructed their free circulation in the EU market, the same man who created his political fortune within the North League; the xenophobic party that strongly opposes Chinese immigration in Italy. Not exactly the right man; but if I were the Chinese Prime Minister today, I would wait for him with a big smile.
